maintain expedite reports and customer portals as required by the customers.

maintain an up to date back log report.
8.
prepare and finalize trade and bank references to open credit lines for new customers.
9.
assist account executives as needed.
10.
greets and screens telephone calls in a professional manner.
11.
operate computer systems.
12.
maintain a clean office environment.
13.
all other responsibilities as assigned by management.
