Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
· Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, etc., to meet business needs.
· Develop and maintain scripts in JavaScript to automate workflows, implement business logic, and customize the user interface.
· Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST, SOAP, or other protocols.
Create and maintain Service Portals to provide users with a personalized, intuitive interface for accessing services and information.
· Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into service performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
· Perform platform upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support to ensure the smooth functioning of ServiceNow instances.
· Document configurations, customizations, and solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.
· Provide training and support to end-users and administrators as needed.
Requisitos del puesto
EDUCATION (Required and/or Preferred):
· Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in MIS, Computer Science, or related field
· Three to fours years of IT experience working with Enterprise Level Applications
· ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified System Administrator (CSA) is a plus.
