PROCESS ANALYST
Descripción de la oferta de empleo
Buscamos personas con experiencia laboral en logística, operación marítima, comercial y/o ventas de transporte internacional de carga y logística con enfoque de procesos (Gestión e Ingeniería).
Analizar el desempeño de los procesos internos comerciales de la organización, a través de la implementación de las métricas estratégicas, con el fin de eficientar su desarrollo y garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos a nivel empresa.
Requisitos del puesto
- Experiencia laboral de 5 años en operación de exportación marítima, Customer service, Sales support o ventas (comercial) en industria logística (Naviera, NVOCC, Forwarder)
- Experiencia de 3 años en control de indicadores, análisis de datos, sistemas de Gestión de calidad, ejecución de auditorías internas y desarrollo de proyectos
- Lic. en Negocios, Relaciones, Comercio Internacional o Ingenieria en transporte
- Dominio del idioma Inglés 80% hablado y escrito.

Actividades a realizar:
- Diseñar y documentar los procesos internos de la organización.
- Seguimiento a los indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) de cada proceso.
- Gestión y desarrollo de proyectos.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento, mantenimiento y seguimiento del sistema de gestión.
- Atender los requerimientos y solicitudes de los Clientes y Socios Comerciales.
- Capacitación y asesoramiento en el desempeño de los procesos.
