Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences and develop effective and differentiated marketing strategies.
Conduct market segmentation to identify key benefits of affinity programmes and communicate them effectively through appropriate messages and channels.
Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns using a combination of traditional and digital tactics.
Establish clear performance metrics and use analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns.
Facilitate internal and external workshops to share knowledge and best practice in strategic and digital marketing.
Deliver training, brainstorm ideas, review strategies and evaluate results.
Maintain an active and close presence with clients, either through regular meetings, site visits or attendance at relevant events.
¿Qué necesitas tener? Bachelor's degree in marketing, administration, graphic design, industrial relations 2 years' experience in a similar position and 1 year's experience in insurance (desirable) Advanced conversational English, knowledge of Portuguese (desirable) Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, social media and digital marketing automation platforms Knowledge of graphic design for marketing, including the creation of attractive and effective visual content that enhances brand communication and improves customer experience (Photoshop or similar).
