Responsibilities.
· Develop marketing strategies to generate leads through various online platforms and social media.
· Learn and utilize our CRM (Customer Relations Manager) for lead generation and training.
· Conduct phone or Zoom interviews.
· Participate in weekly online training calls.
· Lead by example with a positive attitude, developing and nurturing your own team.
· Manage and be accountable for creating your schedule.
· Communicate with your director to maintain accountability.
· Offer support and mentorship to help others achieve their personal and business goals.
