General DeEscrituraion To support our team in building great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a ORDER MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST.
Reporting to the Materials Manager; The main function of the order management specialist is to attend customers with order-related queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue.
Monitoring the status of orders.
Ensuring that inquiries are resolved and helping in any necessary escalation.
Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification.
Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas.
Main daily activities.
Create and issue invoices to parent company and its related pre-defined accounting process AR management Support inbound shipment tracking to get required import docs from another team Daily outbound docs preparation Responsible for office automation project to decrease daily operation loading Support sales related administrative tasks and routine processes The experience we’re looking.
Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience in similar position English 85% knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
