descripción collaborating within a global network team, fulfilling both on-site and remote global responsibilities ensuring active network operation (on-call duty) and ensuring high availability (switching, routing, wlan, security, cloud) ensure network security by implementing and maintaining appropriate security policies and procedures.
monitor network performance and availability to proactively identify and resolve issues, including monitoring and baselining of the network status.
respond to critical incidents in a timely manner.
work closely with cross-functional teams to provide network expertise for projects and initiatives.
create and maintain technical documentation and diagrams.
participation in a rotational on-call service planning, design and implementation of voice and data communication networks complex network infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements.
development and implementation of processes to ensure the conformity of the network configuration.
