As a Health Care Representative, you will assist SCAN Health members by handling inquiries, transferring calls, sending documents, and explaining coverage plan benefits. Providing exceptional customer service is key to ensuring a positive experience for all members.Schedule
Training and Operations Monday to Friday, 800 AM to 540 PM Weekends OffRequirements
Proficiency in both English and Spanish B2 level
Basic computer and typing skills
Must have valid Mexican documents
Call Center or Medicalrelated experience is preferredPlease Note While previous experience is not mandatory, it will be considered during the selection process.
