Especialista en Workforce Management Descripción del Puesto.
Buscamos un Especialista en Workforce Management que se una a nuestro equipo para optimizar la planificación y gestión de recursos en nuestras operaciones.
Ubicación.
Tlalpan Sur Responsabilidades.
Analizar y pronosticar la demanda de trabajo.
Desarrollar y gestionar horarios de personal.
Monitorear el rendimiento del equipo y realizar ajustes necesarios.
Colaborar con otros departamentos para garantizar la disponibilidad adecuada de recursos.
Preparar informes sobre la eficiencia operativa y el rendimiento del personal.
Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos de Workforce Management.
Requisitos.
Licenciatura (trunca o terminada) en Administración, Recursos Humanos, Ingeniería Industrial o campo relacionado (deseable) Experiencia (comprobable) como WFM o roles similares en call center.
Conocimientos en herramientas de gestión de personal y software de pronóstico.
Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
Dominio de Excel y otras herramientas de análisis de datos.
Ofrecemos.
Turno completo (lunes a viernes de 8.
a 6.
, sábados medio tiempo) Sueldo de integrado de $ (mensual).
