WFM - ANALISTA DE BASE DE DATOS Para agencia de Contacto de Llamadas Modalidad.
Presencial Zona a laborar.
Alcaldía Tlalpan Sur, cerca de Six Flags Horario.
Lunes a viernes de a Sábados de a (Ofrecemos horario de desayuno y comida) Requisitos.
Experiencia de 1 año comprobable como analista de flujos de trabajo en call center/contact center.
Tener entre 21 y 35 años.
Bachillerato concluido (obligatorio) o estudios universitarios truncos (deseable).
Manejo de Excel intermedio (obligatorio) o avanzado (deseable).
Manejo de base de datos Organización.
Comunicación asertiva.
Conocimiento de sistemas CRM.
Vivir a no más de 45 minutos del centro de trabajo.

Monitoreo del avance operativo de acuerdo a objetivos diarios.
Identificación, detección y corrección de issues durante el desarrollo de las actividades.
Desarrollo de estrategias y flujos para el mejor rendimiento de los equipos de trabajo.
Entrega de reportes diarios, semanales, quincenales y mensuales de cada proyecto.
Elaboración de presentaciones.
Auditorías y evaluación de uso de sistemas CRM.
Retroalimentación al equipo.
