Apoyar al equipo de capacitación y desarrollo para organizar o coordinar reuniones, preparar la agenda, reservar salas de reuniones y tomar y transcribir actas de reuniones.
Habilidades indispensables para el rol.
Facilidad para desarrollar materiales didácticos.
Desarrollar procedimientos de prueba y evaluación que se utilizarán al finalizar la capacitación Realiza tareas administrativas tales como mantenimiento y archivo de registros de capacitación del personal, procesamiento y mecanografía de documentos de capacitación del personal.
