TOLLING LATAM PLANNING & EXECUTION COORD

Planning raw and packaging materials needed for each tolling operation.
Guarantee safety stock strategy for raw and packaging materials.
Follow up to raw and packaging materials delivery.
Manage SAP requirements (raw and packaging materials).
Follow up to purchase orders.
Guarantee correct communication of purchase order to the vendor, for overall necessities and monthly follow up.
Follow up to payment terms and payment due dates.
Accurate communication within Toller operations to inform scheduling and any possible delay that will impact the operations.
Ensure that materials are cost effective and meet quality standards.
Packging designns.
Coordinate the creation or modification of the art of packaging materials.
Coordinate review and approval process for art modifications.
Follow up with external agencies for art modification.
Who you are.
Degree Bachelors degree Areas of study Industrial Engineering/ Chemical Engineering Professional Experience 3 years of experience in Planning, Supply Chain, Production Areas of expertise Process improvement, ISO standards.
