High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role.
Proven technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Passion for technology, particularly in areas likes IoT, Smart Home, Surveillance, Networking, and Home Theater systems.
Preferred
Advanced degree in a technical field.
Handson experience installing or troubleshooting.
Surveillancesecurity systems
Power Management systems UPS, surge supression, etc.
Audiovideo equipment, network hardware, or similar technical products.
Knowledge of
Networking concepts, including advanced router configurations, managed switches, firewalls, VLANs, Etc.
Home automation, IoT, media distriution HDBase T, Video over IP, highend audio, HVAC, lowvoltage or electrical wiring, and smart lighting systems.
Familiarity with case documentation in SalesForce.
Previous experience in customer service or technical support within a callcenter environment.What We Offer
