perfil buscado (hombre / mujer) bachelor's degree in human resources or related fields.
advanced english skills c1-c2 (speaking and writing) 2-3 years of proven ta or recruiting experience, high volume recruiting.
experience hiring across méxico and latam.
proficiency with global applicant tracking systems, database management, and professional social media hiring tools (linkedin, local job boards).
workday experience is a plus.
demonstrated success in recruiting for complex positions, particularly in technical or manufacturing industries such as ingredients, chemicals, food, and consumer goods.
strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle confidential information, and a persistent drive for results.
excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
