his position will be responsible for leading strategic sales activities for the development of vacuum furnace systems in several sectors.
% remote (Mexico City/Queretaro/Guadalajara)Main missions.
evelop new sales opportunities for Industrial Furnace with strategic customer accounts.
evelop and manage the Mexican Industrial Furnace sales, operating budgets and forecast, within corporate guidelines, ensuring positive EBIT.
ravel to locations throughout Mexico and present product offerings and collect external customers' and engineer's requirements and viewpoints to senior management.
evelop programs and strategies to measure and meet customer expectations.
ttend trade shows lectures at technical conferences and present the company's technology to the Mexican marketplace.
xecute a Strategic Development Program in conjunction with the client which extends our product line offering into the Mexican Markets.
ay assist in developing a local contract service operations center, establish local supply chain and or full manufacturing capability, while ensuring the regional requirements reflect current and projected needs.
onitor and ensure opportunities are coordinated with different subsidiaries.
evelop complete understanding of the equipment, modifications and current offerings and produce and present sales materials to effect positive development of the Industrial Market.
ssist in the formulation, documentation and implementation of ISO compliant organizational safety standards technical service bulletins, best operating practices (BOP), product safety notifications (PSN), as well as best known methods (BKM).
ualifications.
inimum of BS in Mechanical Engineering or Material Sciences.
MBA or PhD is highly desirable.
-10 years of experience in Project or Product Management, Manufacturing or Sales and Marketing (ideally sales of heat treatment, diffusion bonding, vacuum brazing furnaces for metallurgical processes or chemical vapor deposition \u infiltration (CVD/CVI).
xperience, at least basic knowledge in materials technology and or contract services.
asic contacts to industrial manufacturing companies.
xperience in Value Analysis and Engineering, desirable.
dvanced or Native in Spanish \u English, French and German will be seen as a plus.
ust have valid passport \u driver's license and be willing to travel more than 50% as standard routine.
