We will count on you to.
Project Coordination and System Implementation.
Coordinate projects and work with business and external vendors on the implementation of new system modules.
Requirement Analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into system requirements aligned with organizational goals.
Technical Support.
Provide prompt responses to user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize business disruption.
System Configuration.
Assist in the setup and configuration of software based on identified requirements.
Documentation and Training.
Maintain accurate records of support actions and conduct training sessions to educate users on system functionalities and best practices.
Continuous Improvement and Collaboration.
Identify process improvement opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and integration.
What you need to have.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in application support and troubleshooting system-related issues.
Strong analytical skills to analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Minimum 5 years of experience with SaaS solutions implementation or support.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to interact with users at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and documentation.
