You will work under the guidance of the product manager to meet deliverables and contribute significantly to our AI Bot product development.
This role requires a balance of independence in designing and developing technical modules, along with collaborative efforts in team projects and technical support.
Understands and coordinates potential dependencies across solution design, development, testing, deployment, support, and maintenance activities, ideally supporting an AI Bot built on a LLM, plus integration with other ITSM and Knowledge platforms What is in it for you? Develop, code, test, and debug software programs, with a focus on building experience APIs using REST APIs, data aggregation, and string formatting.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of integration patterns, best practices, and the organizationâs change management and security policies.
Work independently on the design and development of technical modules, demonstrating innovation and efficiency.
Assist in diagnosing and solving coding problems, contributing to the stability and quality of AI Bot built on a large language model.
Provide high-level technical support to clients, addressing existing problems and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Support help desk operations, monitoring trends from support calls to inform senior team members about the performance of existing systems.
Serve as a technical resource for analysts and other team members, sharing knowledge on system configurations, API management practices, and enterprise automation tools (iPaaS, APIM, RPA).
Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive project plans, effectively communicate software development strategies, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
What you need to have.
Bachelorâs degree in a technology related discipline; OR a combination of work experience, education and training equivalent to a four-year college degree in a technology related discipline.
5+ years development experience, ideally with LLM AI solutions, plus ITSM and Knowledge platforms 3+ yearsâ experience managing related projects; 3+ yearsâ experience working as part of results-oriented project teams.
Proven experience delivering development solutions in large IT environments, with focus on service delivery.
Proven ability to work to deadlines and within budget constraints.
Previous experience working in a matrix organization.
Previous success working in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities What makes you stand out? Working knowledge of various best practice frameworks such as ITIL, service management, project management, etc.
