Customer Communication.
Respond to incoming service requests via phone and email, ensuring each inquiry is addressed with speed and accuracy to meet customer needs.
Service Coordination.
Schedule and coordinate service calls, clearly communicating details to both customers and technicians for seamless service.
Follow-Up.
Track open service requests rigorously, following up as needed (even outside of regular office hours) to guarantee customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Record Keeping.
Keep meticulous records of service requests and customer interactions in our database, ensuring reliability and accuracy in every detail.
Collaboration.
Partner closely with technical teams to relay customer issues and support a unified, high-quality service approach.
