Develop Proactive Services sales on the installed base DRIVES Main Accountabilities • Identify and understand the access channels to the End Customers, define a commercial action plan, communicate a monthly report on business actions, results and forecasts, with the SalesForce CRM • Promote the offer of proactive services (Rewamping, Retrofit, Maintenance, Predictive, etc.) • Ensure the follow-up and development of existing customers within the geographical perimeter by physical or virtual visit.
• Prospect new customers oriented towards ABB's Target Segments.
Be a force of proposal for cus-tomers with a strong orientation Selling Solutions with added value.
