We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Associate.
s a Sales Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations by handling various data-related tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of sales processes.
he working hours for this position are 9 am - 5 pm PST.
our tasks will be.
Excel and Data Management.
Your primary responsibility will be managing and organizing sales data efficiently.
In order to analyze, manipulate, and update data, you will need a good understanding of Excel.
Order Entry.
You will be responsible for accurately entering sales orders into our system, ensuring all relevant details are captured without errors.
Reporting.
Providing sales teams and management with regular sales reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Task Support.
Assist the Sales Operations team in various administrative tasks, updating customer information, and coordinating with different departments.
Other tasks in service of our client.
Handle day-to-day tasks that streamline sales processes and contribute to overall efficiency.
