The Role We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to be part of this amazing fast-growing Fintech.
The Sales Operations Analyst will enhance the Middle Market Sales process, managing business activities to improve the team’s productivity and effectiveness.
What will I be doing? Support Sales Executives to Achieve Team Goals.
Manage customers' data and documentation during the sales process.
Approach decision makers in a professional and friendly manner to build rapport and trust with prospective customers.
Provide guidance and develop training for customers.
Work with different internal areas to ensure customer satisfaction.
Play an active work to improve current processes and procedures.
Ideal Candidate Bachelor Degree/ Technical Career At least 1 year of sales experience supporting or in sales team Proven record of leadership in a work setting/or through extracurricular activities.
Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
Excellent communications and writing skills.
Experience executing operational processes.
Comfortable using CRM and platforms.
Experience in customer service (Desirable).
