Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase our income and expand our market presence.
Lead the sales team to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets, ensuring high levels of dedication and productivity.
Support Sales Executives in closing highvolume and monetary deals successfully.
Conduct performance reviews KPIs, provide constructive feedback, and recognize achievements to support professional growth.
Maintain highperformance standards, ensuring that each team member aligns with and contributes to the teams sales objectives.
Collaborate closely with various internal departments to align sales strategies with customer needs.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Administration, Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of proven sales leadership experience, with a track record of leading teams to exceed revenue targets.
Demonstrated expertise in sales coaching, with a history of developing highlevel Sales Executives.
Proficiency in various sales methodologies.
Previous experience as a Sales Executive, with strong team leadership skills.
Experience in business environments.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is a plus but not required.
Must have communicative and fluent knowledge of English.
