Job Overview.
Teknorix, a leading provider of IT solutions and product engineering services, is seeking a driven and strategicSales Manager / Head of Salesto lead our growing sales division.
We specialize in delivering cutting-edge digital transformation solutions, custom software development, and SaaS products for businesses worldwide.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT landscape and a proven ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams while driving significant revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities.
Sales Strategy & Market Development.
Develop, execute, and optimize sales strategies that align with Teknorix’s goals of expanding market share in the IT solutions and product engineering sectors.
eam Leadership & Growth.
Recruit, train, and lead a dynamic sales team.
Establish a culture of excellence, focusing on accountability, continuous improvement, and a customer-first mindset.
evenue Growth.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by targeting high-growth sectors and potential clients in need of innovative technology solutions.
lient Relationships & Account Management.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise customers.
Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and offering tailor-made solutions that leverage Teknorix's wide range of services.
ipeline Management & Reporting.
Oversee the development and management of a strong sales pipeline.
Provide regular updates and detailed sales reports to senior leadership on key metrics, forecast accuracy, and growth strategies.
ollaboration Across Teams.
Work closely with Teknorix’s product development, engineering, and marketing teams to align product offerings with customer demand and market trends.
Contribute to shaping the future direction of Teknorix's service portfolio.
losing Deals & Negotiations.
Lead negotiations for complex enterprise deals.
Ensure mutually beneficial contract terms while meeting the company's revenue goals and maintaining profitability.
Qualifications.
Experience.
5-10 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably within the IT, SaaS, or software services industry, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
eadership & Team Building.
Proven experience in building, managing, and growing a sales team to drive revenue and market expansion.
ndustry Knowledge.
Strong understanding of IT solutions, digital transformation, software development, and cloud-based products.
Ability to quickly grasp the technical details and position Teknorix's offerings as solutions to client pain points.
nalytical Skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.
., Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, trends, and market opportunities.
egotiation & Closing.
Expertise in managing complex negotiations and closing deals with C-level executives in large enterprises.
ducation.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA is a plus but not required.
