5.0 FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES
Realizar actividades aplicando los lineamientos correspondientes al puesto para asegurar la Calidad, Inocuidad, Medio Ambiente, Responsabilidad Social, Salud y Seguridad. Contribuyendo con los planes y programas organizacionales para el seguimiento y fortalecimiento de nuestro Sistema Integrado de Gestión SIG.
Cumplir con los indicadores y objetivos que le hayan sido asignados por su jefe inmediato.
Cumplir con los objetivos, planes de carrera y de capacitación que le hayan sido asignados por su jefe inmediato.
Elaborar reportes de resultados que su jefe inmediato le encomiende.
Cumplir con las políticas, reglamentos y códigos de conducta vigentes en la Compañía.
Establecer una comunicación eficiente con las demás áreas de la empresa, a fin de garantizar el cumplimento de sus objetivos. Tratar con dignidad y respeto al personal.
Generar el material técnico necesario para dar soporte al personal del área Comercial.
Dar a conocer nuestros procesos, certificaciones y productos a las partes interesadas.
Responder de manera oportuna a las solicitudes de los clientes, vendedores y personal de filiales.
Actualizar y revisar los documentos técnicos de los clientes incluyendo etiquetasEl personal de soporte técnico es responsable de revisar la información de las etiquetas conforme a las legislaciones aplicables, así como transmitir estos comentarios al cliente y a su vez al departamento de calidad para su aprobación. El departamento de calidad liberará y autorizará la etiqueta para su impresión de acuerdo con lo acordado con el cliente.
Actualizar las especificaciones técnicas de los productos manufacturados en The IIDEA Company, así como los criterios de aceptación y rechazo La validación y generación de las especificaciones técnicas es responsabilidad del área técnica calidad, producción y ID.
