We are currently searching for a Remote UX/UI Designer.
Responsibilities.
Develop and implement user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) designs that meet project requirements and enhance user engagement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective design strategies.
Articulate design concepts, processes, and methodologies clearly to teams and stakeholders.
Oversee and provide guidance to development teams to ensure design fidelity during implementation.
Propose and execute innovative design solutions that align with user needs and business objectives.
Requirements.
Mid-level to Senior-level experience in UI/UX design.
Demonstrated ability to present and defend design decisions confidently.
Strong proficiency in UI design tools and frameworks.
Strategic mindset to address design challenges effectively and provide creative solutions.
Languages Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
