We are currently searching for a Remote IT Systems Administrator.
Responsibilities.
Administer Atlassian products, including Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Crowd.
Perform system administration tasks such as setting up projects, maintaining Agile team data, and configuring Scrum/Kanban boards.
Manage AWS VPC hosting for Data Center versions of Atlassian products, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Administer GitHub, including creating teams, managing access, and troubleshooting user permissions.
Conduct system maintenance tasks, such as updating add-ons, removing unused components, and reclaiming licenses.
Apply Data Center guardrails and best practices to maintain platform stability and performance.
Requirements.
3-5 years of experience as an Atlassian Administrator.
Strong proficiency in system administration of Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Crowd.
Knowledge of AWS VPC for hosting and maintaining Data Center versions of Atlassian products.
Experience with GitHub administration and user access management.
Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
Languages Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
