HeShe delivers sales, GP and MPC targets for hisher direct customers. Ensures the achievement of the divisions free cash flow goals, by controlling the execution and accuracy of the sales FORECAST, negotiating payment terms in accordance with the OpCos policy and keeping account receivables under control.
Performance management of hisher direct reports ensuring collaboration, accountability, and teamwork. Promotes the professional development of direct reports using Buckmans performance management tools.
Leads the divisions strategic projects by defining priorities, coordinating resource allocation, preparing financial analyzes and investment requests.
Technical support the division and customers, through process optimization, participation in product evaluation and the exploration and proposition of specific solutions.
Minimum Requirements to Apply
Bachelors degree or equivalent in chemical area. Specialtytechnical knowledge in Leather CIATEC, CONALEP, SENAI, UPC, etc.
7 years of work experience in sales
2 years experience of management at regional, national or international level
Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
Excellent problemsolving, planning, and organization skills
