REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS

You will be responsible for supporting the sales team in managing customer accounts, coordinating sales activities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities.
Collaborate with sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals.
Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including orders, invoices, and payments.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and support.
oordinate and schedule sales meetings, product demonstrations, and events.
Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for management.
Should make a strategy for and manage tender/contract biddingProvide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations.
ollaborate with other departments to ensure that any issues are handled immediately.
uild and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Participate in training programs to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills Support the sales team with market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
Generate lists of prospects and contact them by following standard operating procedures.

Ensure customer satisfaction by accurately processing orders.

Requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
years of experience in sales of industrial products is highly desirableProficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other sales tools.
ust be an expert in advanced Excel operations.
