This position reports to Sales Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will translate legal requirements and internal ABB guidelines into practical operational regulations, conduct training and work closely with mainly internal suppliers to ensure and continuously improve the quality of delivered parts.
You will play a central role in the development and maintenance of quality indicators and in the implementation of measures to optimize operational processes.

• Implementation of legal regulations and ABB Way guidelines in operational specifications and implementation of corresponding training.
• Development and maintenance of process descriptions and IMS documents • Conducting supplier meetings and defining quality assurance measures • Definition of measures in the event of complaints and communication with mainly internal suppliers • Ensuring a smooth process following Q reports from projects • Implementation and analysis of quality indicators Qualifications for the role Completed commercial or technical vocational training including further training as a technician or similar specialist additional training, alternatively a completed (specialist) university degree with a technical focus Relevant professional experience in quality management, preferably in an industrial production environment Sound knowledge of QM methods and tools Fluency in written and spoken German and English Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and a high sense of responsibility paired with the ability to work in a team and a proactive way of working What's in it for you?
