Client Coordination.
Manage client intake, gather project details (e.
., plans, statements of work), and organize files on Monday.

Document Management.
Maintain up-to-date job files reflecting project changes.
Communication.
Serve as the first point of contact for new leads, manage WhatsApp and email communications, and ensure timely responses.
Procurement.
Handle purchase orders, coordinate vendor estimates, and manage delivery inquiries.
Change Orders.
Take full ownership of the change order process, documenting and communicating updates effectively.
Leadership Support.
Attend meetings, take notes, manage follow-ups, and assist with training when required.
The Profile Qualifications.
Experience.
Administrative or procurement experience preferred, with a focus on documentation and process management.
Technical Skills.
Proficiency in Monday.
om, Google Drive, and digital document systems.
Familiarity with QBOL is a plus.
Communication.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Organization.
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving.
Effective in managing change orders and adapting to evolving project requirements.
