PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT (BANK RECONCILIATION EXPERIENCE) JOB DETAILS | KELLANOVA

You’ll be responsible for etecting and reporting the discrepancies between the company's financial statements and bank information.
This hybrid role is located in Querétaro with the expectation to be in the office 3 days at week / 2 days at home office – subject to change.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing    Perform bank reconciliation.
You will be responsible for comparing bank statements with Kellanova’s accounting records, ensuring accurate financial reporting by identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Gather and Analyze Data.
This role includes collecting information from bank statements, SAP payment proposals, and Prime Remittance Advice Reports, and conducting thorough analysis to identify discrepancies and trace numbers.
Consolidate open items.
You will compile and organize all identified open items, providing a clear and consolidated report of outstanding discrepancies.
Provide visibilty and Provide Visibility and Follow-Up.
Your responsibility includes ensuring the Source to Pay team has proper visibility of all discrepancies and providing the necessary information to facilitate the correction of mismatches and follow up on unresolved items.
We’re Looking for Someone With Bachelor degree.
Public Accountant Excel knowledge.
