daily/weekly program management throughout the program life cycle, planning overall program(s) and monitoring progress and account npi kpi’s.
collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client deliverables are identified, understood, and addressed.
ensure compliance to npd checklists throughout npd process.
responsible for client satisfaction throughout the npd process and product lifecycle.
manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders throughout the npi process communicating detailed project specifics to monitor and track progress.
coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
ensure resource availability and allocation based on program/project needs.
measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques perform risk management to minimize project risks, escalate risks to client and management as needed.
work closely with bd managers and clients to assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
responsible for monitoring and ensure the closure of corrective actions and non-conformities of qms of their own area.
