We have a fantastic opportunity for a Production Associate II.
Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands…   As a Production Associate II for the Global Solutions division of ASSA ABLOY, you will have the opportunity to assemble Access Control Products in a Clean and Safe Work Environment.
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for building, testing, and packaging all assembled products for finished goods inventory.
What you will do…   Follow standardized best practices for completing builds and testing   Follow safe work procedures and policies designated for all work areas   Identify and report unsafe practices or injuries to the Supervisor or Director immediately   Ensure that the work environment is maintained clean, safe, and organized   Complete all builds within designed time frames per product   Coordinate with the Production Supervisor to prioritize and schedule work orders to meet deadlines   Meet or exceed all quality standards for each product and complete quality records as required   Perform supervised quality inspections per Product requirements   Assist Supervisor in analyzing root causes of nonconformances   Strive to reduce expenses, eliminate waste, and increase productivity across all product lines   Entry-level soldering skills and basic troubleshooting knowledge preferred   Perform unsupervised quality inspections per product requirements.
