PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We are seeking a Development Manager to lead a dynamic team in designing, building, and maintaining a platform and tools that leverage cutting-edge web technologies.

Team Leadership.

Provide clear guidance to deliver on objectives.
Interface Design.
Build user interfaces using modern practices and frameworks.

Identify training opportunities and foster the growth of your team.
Requirements & Solutions.
Define functional requirements and ensure solutions align with organizational goals.
Methodology Oversight.
Choose and implement suitable software development methodologies.

Proven ability to mentor and grow talent.
Strong skills in decision-making, communication, analysis, and a comprehensive understanding of the product development lifecycle.
3+ years of experience managing and developing employees.
5+ years of hands-on development experience.
Knowledge of design and programming best practices.
Proficiency in web technologies.

Expertise in front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.
Familiarity with AI technologies and LLMs (Large Language Models).
