PRINCIPAL PL/SQL DEVELOPER (DB DEV)

Our Oracle Retail's Planning & Optimization Suite is a complete modern cloud based suite enabling retailers to effectively align their assortments, inventory investments and prices to their Customer's need and behavior.
As a member of the Development/Engineering group, candidate will be responsible for crafting and developing hard-working, highly-scalable Database and cloud-native technologies providing rich user-experience that can handle high-volume of data.
The candidate will be working closely with the Business/Functional teams, technical architects and platform teams to craft and develop database native SaaS application.
Career Level - IC3 Shown experience in crafting and developing highly scalable, highly available, high-volume backend and middle-tier applicationsKnowledge of database design principles and data modeling techniquesShown experience in developing, maintaining and debugging sophisticated PL/SQL packages Procedures and Functions.
trong SQL knowledge including tuning and fixing experienceStrong solid understanding of Oracle and PL/SQL features to leverage performance and latest Analytical capabilities of the Oracle Database capabilitiesUnderstanding of Data Modeling concepts and Database design conceptsExperienced in optimizing performance, understanding database execution plans, AWR reports and tuning of SQL for performance.
