Responsibilities The Opportunity Responsible for enabling the Perfect Store cycle by enabling the Perfect Store framework pillars within the commercial function.
Coordinates the implementation of the perfect store 5 pillars strategies to support according to AOP priorities, in horizontal cross-functional collaboration within OU’s and commercial extended teams.
Responsible for the training, guidance, coordination of POCs, adaption, implementation, tracking & results management of Perfect Store agenda for the CU / OU including Mi Ejecución +.
Reports on projects operational and financial results (cost efficiencies, quality improvement, new ways of working and processes standards implementations) and coordinates the hand-off to the Sales function team.
Your Impact As Perfect Store Latam Director your scope would consist of.
• Responsible for the Commercial Alignment within CCO DX team and the commercial supporting areas from the OU to enable the Segment strategies defined to drive growth • Road Map definition for the segmentation strategies deployment and alignment with OUs for executions • Ensures the Perfect Store Framework is enabled through aligned Ways of Working and embedds the ONE team mindset in the commercial organization Sector-OU • Develop digital enablers to evolve PS.
NBA, Image Recognition, TechSales, Conectados, sDNA, PICoS automation, PreciSOM, PepsiConnect, PowerApps, Segmentation, others.
• Co lead and coordinate PS digitalization development processes through TechSales, collaborating within the SAFe Framework with highly-multifunctional agile teams, ensuring alignment across OU’s • Leads the PoC’s design sessions with the OU commercial teams • Leads the Implementation, coordination and deployment of the PoCs in the OU • Design Perfect Store AOP between Ous & GCC • Responsible fot the Perfect Store overall agenda management in the OUs/GCC • Accountable of the effectiveness and success of the local Perfect Store process – Monetizing Agenda • Support CCO / GCC in data research to ensure positive results of PStore POCs.

Develop PS culture, end to end, beyond functions across Organization Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education Marketing, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, MBA desired.
Experience Project management certification desired.
Functional Experience.
5-7 years of experience in sales.
multi-channel experience (OT / TT as priority) Sales Digital transformation experience Digital Capabilities, Digital mindset transformation Experience/Knowledge in Trade Marketing / Channel Marketing / Sales Development Language.
100% Spanish & English.
