We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Order Management Specialist to join our dynamic Order Management (OM) team.
In this role, you will manage the entire order process from initiation to completion, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a multicultural and international environment, collaborate with internal teams and external customers, and contribute to process improvement and innovation.  What will you do? Oversee and implement digital projects, including AI and machine learning initiatives Utilize AI and machine learning to optimize order management processes Lead the integration of digital tools to enhance operational efficiency Manage the entire order process from initiation to completion Ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence Collaborate with internal teams and external customers Contribute to process improvement and innovation Oversee and implement digital projects, including AI and machine learning initiatives Lead the integration of digital tools to enhance operational efficiency What will you need to succeed? Educational Background.
