Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated individuals to join our team as we launch our new office in Guadalajara. As an Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent for various roles within the light industrial sector. This role requires comfort with a high volume of calls to workers on the app across different time zones, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks daily. Flexibility and adaptability to meet demand without much downtime are essential.

Key Responsibilities
FullCycle Recruitment Conduct fullcycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for light industrial roles.
Client Coordination Work closely with the Territory Operations Team to understand each customers unique needs.
Effective Communication Communicate with users on the app to effectively fill open positions
Recruitment Tools Utilization Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to attract and engage with potential candidates.
Job Posting Write and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.
High Volume Calling Make a high volume of calls to workers across different time zones to ensure shift coverage. Maintain a positive and persistent approach.
Interview Coordination Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Feedback Provision Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and Territory Operations Team.
Repetitive Tasks Perform repetitive tasks daily with consistency and attention to detail.
Flexibility Be adaptable to be placed where there is demand, with little downtime.
FastPaced Environment Thrive in a fastpaced, resultsdriven environment where quick decisionmaking and adaptability are crucial.
Qualifications
Experience Recent college graduate or 2 years of professional experience preferred but not required at a fastpaced company in business support, customer support or similar role.
Skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Work Ethic A strong work ethic. Ability to balance multiple critical tasks, work under pressure, and consistently deliver against deadlines.
Attitude Enthusiastic and positive attitude and care for our workers.
Adaptability Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment. Willingness to tackle tasks handson.
Flexibility Willingness to adapt to where demand is highest, with minimal downtime.
Organization Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
