Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Nurse located in Juarez Norte.
Reporting to the Clinic Doctor the Nurse role involves.
Provide occupational health programs and services that support employee health and wellness strategies.
Enhances the employee's health and performance through case management, health coaching, comprehensive worksite-based health surveillance, and health and safety education.
Provides a safe, effective, and early return to work program to facilitate restoration of the employee's health What a typical day looks like.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to solve practical problems and ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Responsible for direct and indirect supervision of compliance related to occupational health and preventive health program application.
Makes decisions that can directly impact the health of employees, occasionaly manages sensitive information related to employees´ health and company data.
Operations and Human resources to develop operations, programs, and services by providing content expertise.
Assist with the accident investigation program to identify root cause analysis of all incidents and near misses.

Typically requires a bachelor's degree.
Provides input for team decisions.
