QUALIFICATIONS.
Fluent in English (Mandatory.
All interactions are conducted in this language, therefore advanced conversational English proficiency is required.) Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably but not limited in pharmaceutical, logistics, clinical trials, or related companies.
RESPONSABILITIES.
Constant communication with patients, Database management, tracking shipments to retrieve constant update, Generating and verifying shipment documentation, Filing out forms and documents, Occasionally attending client visits, Improving processes for product shipments.
Work schedule.
Monday – Friday 12 AM to 8PM BENEFITS.
