What You Will Do Validates new and existing molding processes that are required using standardized tools and methodologies.
(SIM, DOES, DECUOPLED MOLDING · Participates in both internal and required corrective actions · Corrects problems reported by production and/or quality in the processing of plastic resins.
· Keeps the information in the reports and control sheets of the process updated and organized · Keeps your work area clean and tidy, applying the 5's standards established by the department · Report to their supervisor any situation of risk or unsafe condition that they detect during the performance of their duties · Comply with the necessary safety measures to prevent accidents and environmental contingencies.
· Apply SMED methodology for model changes What You Need · 5 years of experience in plastic injection.
· Basic Office Management (P.
, Excel and Word).
· 5 years of experience in PP, ABS, PC resins with fiber and additives.
· 5 years of experience in molds, Valve gates and hot runner system.
· Experience in Engel Machines and high tonnages Tons.
· Experience in handling servo and pneumatic driven robots.
Finished high school.
