Tenemos una oferta para ti Member Experience Specialist Club vacacional
Responsabilidades
1. Garantizar experiencias excepcionales para los socios en todos los puntos de contacto.
2. Responder consultas de los miembros y resolver problemas de manera rápida y cortés.
3. Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de compromiso con los socios para fomentar la lealtad.
4. Colaborar con equipos interfuncionales para mejorar la satisfacción de los socios.
5. Realizar encuestas periódicas a los miembros para recopilar comentarios e identificar áreas de mejora.
6. Organizar y llevar a cabo eventos o programas para socios para mejorar el compromiso.
7. Mantener registros y CRM precisos de los socios.
8. Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias de la industria y las mejores prácticas en gestión de la experiencia del socio.
9. Experiencia con club vacacionales preferible, no requisito
Requisitos
1. Experiencia previa en club vacacional relaciones con los socios preferible, no requisito.
2. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales, español e inglés.
3. Capacidad para empatizar con los socios y comprender sus necesidades.
4. Excelentes habilidades organizativas y capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas.
5. Disponibilidad de horario
6. Conocimientos en software CRM y Excel.
