As a Member Experience Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our members have exceptional experiences with us, promoting loyalty to our vacation club. Your responsibilities will include
1. Delivering Exceptional Member Experiences Guaranteeing outstanding experiences for members at every interaction point, from inquiries to issue resolution.
2. Member Engagement Developing and implementing strategies to engage members, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.
3. Communication and Issue Resolution Responding promptly and courteously to member inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues efficiently.
4. Collaboration Working closely with crossfunctional teams to enhance member satisfaction and continuously improve our services.
5. Feedback Collection Conducting regular member surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
6. Record Keeping Maintaining accurate records of member interactions and activities in our CRM system.
7. Trends Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in member experience management.
8. Team Player Work with different departments and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Requirements
1. Experience Previous experience in member relations, preferably within the hospitality industry.
2. Communication Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English.
3. Empathy Ability to empathize with foreign members, understanding their needs and concerns.
4. Organizational Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
5. Flexibility Availability for flexible working hours to accommodate member needs.
6. Technical Skills Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel for record keeping and data analysis.
