Important
This is an onsite position. Only candidates residing in Tijuana, Rosarito, or Tecate will be considered. We do not cover relocation expenses.
A minimum B2 level of English is required for this position.

Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment
Proficiency in both English and Spanish B2 level or higher
Familiarity with customer service software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook
Valid Mexican identification and legal documents
Position Overview
Manage highvolume inbound and outbound patient calls as part of the Annual Wellness Program
Serve as the key point of contact for patients, scheduling telehealth and inhome clinician visits
Effectively explain the benefits of the program to patients
