Its clients are primarily insurance companies in the vehicle and medical sectors, each with more than 60 lines of business. Position Overview
The Wellness Call Center RepresentativeAppointment Setter is responsible for handling highvolume inbound and outbound patient calls as part of our Annual Wellness Program. In this role, you will be the key point of contact, scheduling televideo and inhome clinician visits while effectively explaining the benefits of the program.Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
Fluent in both English and Spanish B2
Experience with customer service software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook
Valid Mexican identification and documents
