e are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Commissioning Specialist to join our team.
As a Mechanical Commissioning Specialist, you will be responsible of commissioning process for mechanical systems on construction projects.
You will collaborate with project teams, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure the successful startup, testing, and operation of mechanical systems.
esponsibilities Perform plant mechanical activities during commissioning phase and be accountable to the Mechanical Lead.
Develop required procedure related to SU Mechanical activities.
Perform initial equipment and pump check-out.
Perform all system line flushes.
Mechanical pre-operational check-outs.
Perform pump initial run-in vibration analysis.
Verify all rotating equipment alignments.
Coordinate and verify all check-out and commissioning of systems.
Coordinate completing and recording equipment initial run data.
