We are currently searching for a Paint Shop Specialist.
Responsibilities Oversee paint shop operations and technology to ensure optimal performance and quality in painting processes.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Technology/Paint Technology or equivalent Expertise in paint shop operations and technology.
Proven experience in process improvement within a paint shop or similar industrial environment.
Languages Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
