You will contribute to the development of strategic plans and support the execution of key initiatives.
By identifying opportunities and proposing innovative solutions, you will help improve real-time decision-making and ensure smooth implementation of the strategy.
Your primary objectives include Assist in the development and refinement of the company’s loyalty strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Contribute to the creation and execution of strategic plans and initiatives to drive growth and long-term success.
Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the loyalty program, proposing data-driven solutions to enhance business outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate strategic insights and ensure cohesive project execution.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.
Prepare and deliver clear, data-backed recommendations through well-structured presentations to key stakeholders, supporting informed business decisions.
Required Knowledge or Skills.
2 years or more of experience in strategy, consulting, project management, or a similar field for have agile process and reduce mistakes during the operation.
Information analysis skills (advanced use of Excel and pivot tables) Experience presenting reports to C-level executives Ability to work across different departments to establish and follow up on improvement projects Benefits you will enjoy as #GenteViva Schedule.
