Providing technical assistance (on sites, remote, phone or email) for issues related to software and hardware will be key to this role.
This involves completing support tasks for hardware devices and software packages, help with installation setups, and revise existing standard work documentation and knowledge bases.• In-depth knowledge of computer systems.• Overall knowledge windows servers .• Active directory (user and computer, policies) knowledge.• Server roles knowledge.• Experience working in a fast-paced engineering environment.• Desktop support (Virtual and physical).• Client support.• Microsoft office support.• License and maintenance management.• Service request and incident management.• End user training.• System patching and updates.• Experience working with CCTV.• Storage (SAN/NAS) and backup's knowledge.• VM ware knowledge.
