We are looking for an IT support technician who is passionate about technology and has an internal customer-oriented approach.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing assistance to users, and ensuring the optimal functioning of computer systems.
Requirements.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; recent graduates are welcome.
- Previous experience in technical support or similar roles.
- Solid knowledge of operating systems and software applications.
- Effective communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
Desired Skills.
- Knowledge of networks and cybersecurity.
- Experience with ticket management tools and remote support.
- Proactive attitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
Responsibilities.
- Provide technical support to internal and external users through various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment and peripherals.
- Document incidents and solutions in the ticket management system.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve technological infrastructure.
- Train users in the use of software and technological tools.
